Donald Flywell Malanga

Donald Flywell Malanga is a practicing Librarian with more than 7 years of work experience in an academic environment. He received his Masters and Bachelor’s degrees both in Library and Information Sciences from the University of Botswana (Bw) and Mzuzu University (Mw) respectively. Mr. Malanga works as a Library Systems Administrator at the University of Livingstonia in Malawi. He is also an Adjunct lecturer in the Department of Information Sciences at Mzuzu University in Malawi, where he lectures Information Systems course to postgraduate students. In addition, Mr. Malanga researches widely in Information and Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D), Health informatics, Digital Literacy, Artificial intelligence, Cyber security, and Cyber violence. He is also a Fellow of Communication Policy Research for Global South (CPRsouth.org) and African School on Internet Governance (afrisig.org).
